GracedCircle Health Initiatives is a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving public health and well-being in underserved communities. Founded on the principles of compassion and equity, we provide accessible health education, free screenings for chronic diseases, and community support programs. Our mission is to empower individuals to lead healthier lives by addressing critical health challenges such as chronic illnesses and, in the future, mental health.

Through collaborative partnerships, community-driven solutions, and innovative outreach, we aim to bridge gaps in healthcare access, foster health equity, and create lasting impacts in the lives of those we serve. GRACED CIRCLE HEALTH INITIATIVE OBJECTIVE

To provide clinical services to unreached population and communities

To create health awareness and education to adolescents on reproductive health issues

Provide food, education, skill acquisition, and capacity development programs for marginalized groups including women, children, less privileged and needy persons.

Provide opportunity for community reintegration, homes and rehabilitation services for ex-convicts stigmatized by family and loved ones.

Create opportunity of intervention homes for victims of domestic violence and abuse.

Partnership with stakeholders, government and other organizations working towards achieving any sustainable development goals

To create strategies, interventions and initiatives to reduce the burden and management of noncommunicable diseases in older people.

To create a psychosocial support system for the underprivileged

To care for prison inmates through welfare and health support programs

Promote human rights, peace, and justice for marginalized and less privileged people

Contribute to poverty alleviation of youths and women through employment and wealth creation programs

Taking any action that is lawful, which would help to fulfill our aim and objectives.
