Dr. Mary Oluwadunsin Oyeleke, MD, MPH

Dr. Mary Oluwadunsin Oyeleke is a visionary leader, public health expert, and the Founder and International Director of GracedCircle Health Initiatives. With over a decade of experience in public health, clinical program management, and healthcare equity, Dr. Mary has dedicated her career to creating sustainable health solutions that empower underserved communities. Her expertise spans clinical operations, patient-centered care, and community outreach, with a unique emphasis on addressing health disparities and improving healthcare access.

Dr. Mary’s journey in healthcare began with her medical education and was further enriched by her advanced studies in public health. Over the years, she has held several leadership roles, including managing large-scale health programs focused on HIV/AIDS prevention, screening navigation, and chronic disease management. Her work has been driven by a commitment to health equity and a belief that everyone deserves access to quality healthcare, regardless of socio-economic background.

Recognizing the urgent need for accessible healthcare in underserved communities, Dr. Mary founded GracedCircle Health Initiatives to bridge gaps in healthcare access through a variety of programs, including mobile health clinics, health screenings, and community education. Her work with GracedCircle has touched thousands of lives, bringing preventive health services, nutrition support, and chronic disease management resources to communities that need them most.

Dr. Mary’s dedication extends beyond GracedCircle, as she actively collaborates with healthcare organizations, government bodies, and international health experts to bring innovative solutions to the field. Her leadership and vision continue to inspire the work of GracedCircle Health Initiatives as it grows to impact communities in both Nigeria and the United States.

Dr. Akinwale Akingbule

Dr. Akinwale Akingbule is an experienced internal medicine physician dedicated to improving public health and empowering individuals to take charge of their well-being. He earned his medical degree from Obafemi Awolowo University, Nigeria, where he first demonstrated his passion for health education by founding the live weekly radio program Health on Air. This initiative, along with his television program Wardround in Ekiti State, Nigeria, provided invaluable health education, focusing on disease prevention and management to a broad audience.

Currently practicing in the United States, Dr. Akingbule is committed to promoting healthier lifestyles through personalized care and preventative health strategies. His focus is not only on treating his patients but also on encouraging lifestyle modifications that contribute to improved long-term health outcomes. In Dr. Akingbule’s interest for public health and development, he also possesses a Masters Degree in Public Health.

Dr. Akingbule is also an active researcher, conducting studies that aim to enhance healthcare delivery and outcomes for both hospitalized and non-hospitalized individuals. His research and clinical work are grounded in his commitment to advancing public health through education, prevention, and treatment. 

Aligned with the mission of Graced Circle Health Initiative, Dr. Akingbule is dedicated to making healthcare accessible to all and improving health literacy across communities. His work underscores the importance of education and prevention in achieving complete health and well-being for underserved populations.

Dr. Theresa (Tessy) Odun-Ayo

Dr. Theresa (Tessy) Odun-Ayo is a passionate advocate for community health and empowerment, with a career that bridges education, leadership, and social impact. As the Director of the MSU/Missouri S&T Cooperative Engineering Program at Missouri State University, Springfield, Dr. Odun-Ayo has been a faculty member since 2011, where she is dedicated to preparing the next generation of engineers with a strong focus on service to underserved communities. 

Dr. Odun-Ayo’s professional background spans engineering and public service. Before joining Missouri State, she worked as an Engineering Instructor at the Nigerian Defense University and served as a Principal Electrical Engineer at the Nigerian Airspace Management Agency, where she gained firsthand insight into the infrastructure challenges facing many communities. She holds both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in electrical engineering and two doctoral degrees— a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Missouri S&T and a Doctor of Ministry (DMin) in Leadership from Evangel University. 

Driven by a deep sense of purpose, Dr. Odun-Ayo integrates her expertise in engineering with a commitment to improving public health and social well-being. She emphasizes mental health, wellness, and the liberation of individuals from socio-economic and spiritual oppression through education, faith-based initiatives, and health outreach programs. 

Dr. Odun-Ayo’s leadership extends to global community development with her work continuing to focus on supporting public health initiatives, particularly within marginalized communities. She currently serves as the Pastor of RCCG Covenant House in Springfield, Missouri. Through her faith, education, and engineering background, Dr. Odun-Ayo strives to create lasting change by addressing the interconnectedness of social health, spiritual wellness, and community empowerment.

Her work aligns with the values of Graced Circle Health Initiative, advancing wholesome health and leadership to ensure access to education, healthcare, and empowerment for underserved populations. 

Dr. Tolu Adediwura

DNP

Dr. Tolu Adediwura is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with a profound commitment to advancing public health and reducing health disparities. Currently practicing psychiatry at Hennepin Healthcare, MN, Dr. Adediwura also serves on the Excellence Council, focusing on improving healthcare delivery, client experience, and staff safety, with emphasis on accessibility for underserved populations. 

Dr. Adediwura’s journey in healthcare began in Nigeria, where he started his nursing education at the School of Nursing Osogbo, Osun State. His career path led him to earn a Post-Basic Diploma in Accident & Emergency Nursing at Lagos University Teaching Hospital (LUTH) and gain invaluable clinical experience as an ER nurse at Reddington Multi-Specialist Hospital and NNPC Medical Center. 

He holds a bachelor’s degree from Minot State University, an MSN, and a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from the University of North Dakota. His career has been guided by a strong belief that health is not complete without mental well-being. This philosophy informs his advocacy for holistic, accessible, and community-centered healthcare that addresses both physical and mental health challenges.

Dr. Adediwura is dedicated to improving public health through volunteer work and grassroots initiatives, particularly in health literacy, mental health awareness, and preventative care. His focus extends to maternal and child health, health education, and population health, all with a view to achieving equitable healthcare access for all, irrespective of socioeconomic barriers. He actively participates in community health programs that emphasize prevention, education, and wellness. 

A passionate advocate for public health and social justice, Dr. Adediwura works tirelessly to address health inequities in underserved communities. Serving on the board of directors at Graced Circle Health Initiative, he is aligned to the mission of promoting holistic health and empowerment through education, advocacy, and accessible healthcare for vulnerable populations. 

Toluwalope Temenu

Board Member | Graced Circle Health Initiative

Toluwalope Temenu is a Public Health Specialist with over four years of experience in program management and driving community impact. As an executive board member of Graced Circle Health Initiative, a Missouri-based nonprofit focused on improving health outcomes in both the United States and West Africa, she currently leads the organization’s impactful work in Nigeria.

Toluwalope is committed to advancing women’s reproductive health, having witnessed the increasing rates of maternal mortality and morbidity in communities with limited access to healthcare which are often driven by low levels of health knowledge and poor utilization of available services, particularly in rural areas. This drive has led her to lead health education projects, collaborate with various NGOs on community outreach, and coordinate initiatives that aim to bridge these gaps. She firmly believes that “Information, when accurately shared and applied, can significantly reduce mortality rates and improve overall public health.”

In her current role, Toluwalope oversees the organization’s operations in Nigeria, ensuring that the team meets its objectives and delivers equitable health services to rural and underserved communities. Her work is dedicated to ensuring these populations have access to the care and resources they need to thrive.

Outside of her professional endeavours, Toluwalope enjoys engaging in analytical tasks, reading, and exploring innovative ways to integrate technology into public health solutions.

Bobade Damilola Bidemi

Logistics and Mobilization Manager

Damilola Bobade is passionate about leadership, education, and community impact. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Ekiti State University, Ado-Ekiti, and a currently undergoing his Master’s degree in Governance Studies from Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-Iwoye.

As a lecturer at Tower Polytechnic, Ibadan, Damilola shares his expertise in governance, management, and public administration, inspiring the next generation of leaders. Beyond academics, he is deeply involved in humanitarian work, collaborating with various NGOs to drive meaningful change.

In his role at Graced Circle Health Initiative, Damilola leads logistics and mobilization efforts, ensuring that every activity runs efficiently and achieves maximum impact.
A natural entrepreneur, he also channels his skills into the automobile industry, where he has built a reputation for excellence. Damilola’s diverse experiences and commitment to making a difference define both his professional and personal journey.

Hosanna Ogbeifun

Program Specialist | Graced Circle Health Initiative

Hosanna Ogbeifun is a dedicated executive administrator and NGO professional with over three years of experience managing operations and driving impact remotely. As a champion of health advocacy, she serves with Graced Circle Health Initiatives, a Missouri-based nonprofit dedicated to improving health outcomes in the US and West Africa.

Her expertise spans programs coordination, community engagement, and leveraging digital tools for seamless operations. Passionate about women’s empowerment and health awareness, she has been on the frontline of initiatives that foster education, early detection of health challenges, and accessible care in underserved communities.

When she’s not working on impactful projects, Hosanna enjoys creating content, mentoring teams, and building sustainable systems that leave a lasting impact.

Sotunga Kehinde Caroline

Community Outreach Coordinator

Sotunga Kehinde Caroline is the community outreach coordinator at Graced Circle Health Initiative. She is passionate about improving community health and has over three years of experience working in the nonprofit sector.

She has previously worked as a member of the Data team at the Institute of Human Virology, Nigeria. She currently works as a Case Manager with APIN, where she focuses on optimizing treatment regimens for pediatric and adolescent patients, ensuring none are lost to follow-up, among other critical responsibilities.

Kehinde holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Ibadan and a Diploma in Social Work from Olabisi Onabanjo University. Her academic background and hands-on experience place her at the forefront of efforts to improve community health and advocate for change.

Outside of her professional work, Kehinde is also a talented fashion designer and caterer, showcasing her creativity and entrepreneurial spirit.

Kazeem Umar

Data Analyst

Kazeem Umar is a dedicated Health Informatics professional committed to improving public health through data management and technology. Over the years, Kazeem has built a career focused on leveraging health informatics to enhance healthcare delivery in underserved communities. He holds a Degree in Accounting, which has provided a solid foundation for his work in health data management.

Currently serving as a Health Informatics Officer with A Public Health Initiative (APIN), Kazeem plays a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely management of health data at Makun Primary Health Centre (PHC), Sagamu.

Kazeem is driven by a passion for serving humanity and improving healthcare systems through the use of technology. His work aligns with Graced Circle Health Initiative’s mission to foster accessible, data-driven healthcare that prioritizes education, health literacy, and equitable care for underserved populations.
